Coworking Memberships in Indianapolis
Built for Serious Builders
You're not just buying hours in a building. You're joining a collective of founders, leaders, and creatives who are here to do meaningful work — and to be around others doing the same.
Book a TourSee the Space FirstMembership Here Means Something
Most coworking spaces take anyone with a credit card. Polk doesn't work that way. Membership is open — but the collective is intentional. Everyone here is willing to be a good neighbor, share resources, and contribute to something bigger than their own work. That standard isn't a gatekeeping mechanism. It's what makes the room worth being in. It's a filter and a promise— and if it resonates with you, you already know you belong here.

You Belong Here If...
- You're doing meaningful work and you know there's more.
- You're tired of the coffee shop that gives you noise but not focus.
- You want to run into the right person, not just anyone.
- You're building something — a company, a nonprofit, a practice, a body of work — and you need a room that takes it seriously.
- You've been working from home long enough to know that isolation isn't a strategy.
- You want a home base with history, not another generic office park.
- You do your best work around people who are also doing their best work.
- You're ready to contribute to a collective, notjust occupy a seat in one.
Flip (Who This Is NOT For):
This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. Ifyou're primarily motivated by what you can take rather than what you can contribute — if being a good neighbor isn't something you're willing to do — we genuinely can't serve you well. No judgment. Just honesty.
