Private Offices

The ultimate strategy room. All-glass walls and a view toward downtown that opens up the creative flow the moment you walk in. This isn't a room that lets you stay small — it's built for executive teams who come to think big and leave with a plan. Workshops, strategic sessions, high-stakes presentations. The Cannery earns its name.
Dairy Room
Capacity: Up to 12
Rate: $70/hr or $400/day
Unique. Intimate. Filled with color. The Dairy Room turns aboard meeting into a real conversation — the kind where people actually say what they're thinking. Built for workshops, strategy sessions, and any meeting where the outcome actually matters.
Sunshine Studios
Rate: $50/hr or $300/day
Soundproof. Brick walls. Natural light. Cow bells. (Yes,really.) Sunshine Studios is unlike anything else in Indianapolis, and a lot of serious strategy happens here — maybe because the space refuses to be ordinary. Bring your whiteboard agenda. The room will hold up its end.
1872 Room
Capacity: Up to 8
Rate: $50/hr or $300/day
Rustic. A touch of art. Named for the year this building began its story. The 1872 Room isn't decorative history — it's a room that holds weight. Bring the meeting that needs to come to a real decision. This is the right place for it.
Beeline Room
Capacity: 6–7
Rate: $50/hr or $300/day
Its own flavor. Built for the kind of focused collaboration where you come in with a problem and leave with something worth having. The Beeline doesn't let you wander. It keeps the work moving.
Chess Room
Capacity: 6–7
Rate: $50/hr or $300/day
Strategic by name. Strategic by nature. Sized for the conversations that actually move the work forward — not the ones that could've been an email. If you're coming in to think through a real problem,the Chess Room is ready for that.
